Order & Shipping Policy
SHIPPING:
For our standard shipping, we typically use FedEx Ground or USPS Priority, which includes insurance and requires a signature upon delivery. If you prefer to use your UPS or FedEx account, or if you wish to opt-out of insurance or the signature requirement, please complete our Special Shipping Request form. Your account specialist will send you this form via email, and we'll proceed with your order once it's filled and returned.
We strongly advise adding a signature requirement to ensure that deliveries are not left unattended without notification. Additionally, we recommend opting for insurance coverage so that we can assist you in filing a claim in the event of loss or damage during transit. Please note that insurance can only be provided if the package is shipped using our account. We regret that we cannot assist with claims if we are not the shipping account holder.
When you choose our preferred shipping method with insurance and a signature requirement, we'll handle the claim process with the shipping company in case of loss or damage during transit. Please understand that without insurance, we cannot process claims for lost or damaged packages.
ORDER PROCESSING:
We strive to process orders promptly, typically within 24 to 48 hours. However, due to current circumstances, please allow up to 3 to 4 business days for order processing and shipment, regardless of whether orders are placed online, by phone, or via email.
