Return Policy

Returns:

We value you as our loyal customer and want you to have a pleasant shopping experience with us. As a Jewelry Wholesaler, we’re unable to offer a free exchange period like a retailer would. However, we guarantee the quality of all our jewelry. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return within 7 days of receipt of your package in its original condition, including packaging, tags and without any sign of wear, damage or alteration. All Returns within 7 days will be in OMG credit. For any faulty or damaged item return request, please contact your account specialist for assistance within 7 days. All returns meeting the above conditions are accepted except for a few exceptions listed below in Exclusions.

A 15% restocking fee will be applied once it has exceeded 7 days (less shipping). A 30% restocking fee will be applied once it has exceeded 2 weeks (14 days). No credit will be offered after the 15th day.

Exclusions:

  • Personalized or Made-To-Order pieces are considered special order items: this includes any cut-to-order items, pre-order items per customer’s request, customized tags, or items that are custom-made per customer’s request. 
  • Made-To-Order pieces include items that are Made in the USA or for special order items.
  • On Sale items in the SALE page or discounted from the original price, as well as Retired/Discontinued items are considered Final Sale.

How to return your item(s):

  • A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number is required for all returns. 
  • Please contact your account specialist or please email us at Info@OMGBlings.com to request an RMA number. You may also submit your information via this link: RMA Request
  • Please include your invoice number, the SKUs of the items, quantity, and the reason for return. This would help us process your return and identify any problems so that we may correct them on future orders.
  • Return any defective items back to us in its original packaging with original tags, along with a copy of your RMA Request Form (which will be emailed to you by your Account Specialist), and please write the RMA # on the outside of the parcel. Please choose return packaging that will protect the merchandise and prevent any damage during transit. 
  • OMG Blings is not responsible for returns that are damaged in transit. RMA Numbers expire after 10 days therefore RMA numbers must be used within 10 days of issuance date.  
  • The return package must be postmarked within 10 days of the RMA issuance date. Packages not returned within the required time will not be accepted and we do not reissue RMA numbers.
  • The return package will not be accepted if the package is not in our RMA system. In the event that your package is delivered at our mailbox without proper RMA, your package shall be returned to you at your own expense. 
  • Returned merchandise that is not included in the approved RMA will not be processed and the merchandise shall be returned to you at your own expense.

  • Worry-free exchange/credit within 7 days (credit less shipping)
  • 15% Restocking fee once exceeds 7 days (less shipping)
  • 30% Restocking fee once exceeds 2 weeks (14 days)

  • Any missing merchandise claims must be made within 7 days of the shipment receipt date.
  • If a call-tag/return label is issued by OMG Blings the label must be scanned by the shipping provider within 10 days.
  • If approved, a one-time call-tag/return label will be issued within 7 days. No call-tag/return label will be issued after the 7th day.
  • Returns Request - RMA must be made within 7 calendar days of the order receipt date as shown on your shipment receipt (from the shipment tracking)
  • We do not repair, replace or accept returned merchandise after it has been sold to your retail customer. 
  • OMG Blings reserves the right to charge a return service fee of 30% to 70% restocking fee for any return that does not follow these guidelines**
  • In the event the exchange or replacement is not available, the credit shall be stored on your OMG Blings account for future use. 
  • We do not accept any returns or exchanges after 7 days of receipt of the shipment.

  • Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. (Including but not limited to all refused and unaccepted packages.)
  • For refused or unaccepted packages we will charge the return shipping fee onto the credit card you have provided. The refused merchandise will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

*Credit: Credit stored on your OMG Account. It can be applied towards any future purchases.
