A: Our opening order minimum of $350 only applies to new accounts. Once you've met your first order, you may place your orders online without any dollar minimum but a 3-piece minimum per design.
Q: I’m unable to meet the 3-piece minimum. Can you make exceptions?
A: Yes, for items priced at $25 or more, we can reduce the minimum to 2 pieces per color/design.
Q: Can my friend use my account to make a purchase?
A: If your friend is purchasing on your behalf and the items are to be sold at your store, they may be able to make the purchase using your account. Otherwise, we recommend they submit their resale license and business information for verification. Once their account is approved, they can make purchases using their own account.
Q: How do you handle shipping costs?
A: Shipping costs depend on the order size, weight, and destination. We use reliable carriers to ensure safe and timely delivery. However, if you have a better shipping rate, we can use your shipping account once the shipping request form is completed.
Q: How quickly can you ship?
A: Most of our items are in stock and ready to ship immediately. If an item is not in stock, the lead time is typically 2 to 4 weeks, if it’s any longer, your account manager will reach out to you.
Q: Can I place a backorder if an item is out of stock?
A: Yes, if an item is out of stock, you can place a backorder. We’ll provide an estimated restock date, and the usual lead time is 2 to 4 weeks for these items.
Q: What type of buyers do you serve?
A: We cater exclusively to wholesale buyers with a valid resale license or tax-exempt permit. For states that do not charge sales tax, a business license with an EIN number is required.

A: Yes, we can accommodate installment payments. However, products will be held for shipment until the full payment is received. We accept a non-refundable 50% deposit with a scheduled installment plan. Please contact your Account Manager to set up a payment schedule.
Q: What happens if I cancel my order during an installment plan?
A: If you cancel your order after making a deposit or partial payments, any paid amounts will be non-refundable.
